Information and Registration Sheet

The Smiths Falls Canal Railway and Chocolate Festival (formerly the Chocolate and Railway Festival) is taking place July 16 - 18, 2010. We invite professional and amateur crafters and exhibitors, food vendors, information only and public service / not-for profit organizations to participate on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The booths will be located in a central area of Centennial Park.

* NOTE: Booth space is a maximum of 10 feet wide. If you require more space, there will be an additional cost.

The deadline for registration is July 1, 2010. If you require tables and/or chairs to be provided by the Festival, there will be an additional charge of $5.00/table and $2.00/chair. PAYMENT IS DUE BY JULY 1, 2010 (non-refundable). If payment is not received by July 1, 2010, space availability will not be guaranteed.

Please fill out and sign this registration form and drop it off with your registration fee to Dawn Quinn at Dawn’s Closet, 13 Chambers St, Smiths Falls, K7A 2Y2, or mail to Sandra Burson, RR 1, Lombardy, ON K0G 1L0.

AGREEMENT: All vendors, crafters and exhibitors will be present at all times scheduled during the festival. Festival organizers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. Selection & placement of booths will be determined by event organizers. Each Vendor will be responsible for any insurance coverage for theft, damage or liability, etc. Vendors must supply their own tent/canopy. All food Vendors must satisfy and comply with health standards.
